Primero was engaged to extend its long-standing relationship with Core Lithium through a comprehensive Operations & Maintenance Contract. This partnership, built over several years from the inception of the Process Plant EPC, was expanded to include the Operations contract.
SCOPE
- Front End Studies, Full EPC Delivery of Processing Facilities and Operations & Maintenance
- Established an Organisational Structure – Developed an organisational framework to facilitate the uninterrupted operation of the Process Plant and Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) 24 hours a day
- Operations & Maintenance – Provision of all operations and maintenance resources, processes, equipment and materials over a fixed period
- Delivering Control System Support and Scheduling Programs – Extended support for control systems and established efficient scheduling programs to ensure smooth operations
