The Primero Apprenticeship Program combines paid on-the-job training with formal studies completed at TAFE. At the end of the four-year growth pathway, you will be set up for success as a fully qualified tradesperson.
Apprenticeships are currently offered in Electrical, Mechanical and Boilermaker / Welding disciplines. This is a great opportunity to rotate amongst various projects for a broader learning experience.
Upon finishing their apprenticeships, some of Primero’s graduates have taken their careers well beyond the tools and into leadership roles such as Site Superintendent.
