Primero is pleased to announce that we have formed a sponsorship partnership with Perth Homeless Support Group.
Perth Homeless Support Group is a non-for-profit charity that provides food and essential necessities for those experiencing homelessness.
Since its inception, Perth Homeless Support Group has helped over 45,240 people.
Each Sunday Perth Homeless Support Group and their volunteers head to the Perth CBD to distribute care packs to 200 people who are experiencing homelessness and offer them basic services such as showers and hairdressing.
According to Primero’s General Manager Strategy & Corporate Development, David Kent “it’s an opportunity for Primero to play its part in providing support to those experiencing homelessness. Homelessness is a growing societal issue and as a business, we feel it’s the right thing to do to provide support where we can. It’s also a great opportunity for our team across our sites and support offices to get involved in the charity and volunteer their time to make a difference in the community”.
