Mike has over 30 years of experience in General, Operational and Project Management including 15 years within the Engineering, Procurement Construction and Management (EPCM) resources environment. His experience has encompassed studies, design, and implementation projects, including road asset maintenance and construction, mine development and expansion, rail, asset closure and repurposing, and carbon reduction and renewable energy.

Over the past two decades, he has held senior roles managing, geographical locations, significant capital programs and contracts. He has a diverse background that includes operating in roles as Construction Joint Venture Manager, WA State Manager for a large international construction company, Construction Manager / Registered Mine Manager across several resource projects and as the Operations Manager and Director for an Indigenous Incorporated Joint Venture. He has a collaborative and inclusive management style and enjoys being involved in mentoring, development and guidance for the career aspirations of all personnel.

As General Manager – Projects, Mike’s focus is on supporting projects and project teams to achieve successful outcomes for all stakeholders across the delivery of EPC, D&C and Construct only projects.
