James is an experienced health, safety & environment professional, with over 20 years of experience across a diverse range of HSE and leadership roles in Australia and internationally.

James’ industry exposure has been gained working for both the principal and contractor within the resources, construction and energy sectors. James has held senior HSE positions with tier 1 operators and contractors, where he has developed HSE systems and implemented innovative programs and projects to; prevent incidents, reduce fatal risk exposures, improve injury management outcomes and roll out sustainability frameworks.

As General Manager – Health, Safety & Environment, James is responsible for providing best practice HSE leadership and ensuring specialist and strategic advice, practical guidance and support is available to the executive team, operational leaders and frontline personnel to ensure everyone is “Primed for Safety” every day.
